Based in Saint Simons Island, Robin brings more than 33 years of executive level experience to the Golden Isles market where she now serves as a Realtor® in the residential real estate space. As a former CPA and CFO, she has evaluated numerous multi-million-dollar transactions involving mergers and acquisitions of complex corporate structures, business operations, and commercial & residential real estate. In so doing, she has advised owners, boards, executives, and teams.
Whether working with investors seeking sound real estate advisory or families seeking homes, Robin brings a disciplined CFO perspective to real estate acquisitions. Coupling her experience with her education in accounting and finance, she advises well beyond contract negotiations and execution, thoughtfully considering financial strategy, tax implications, estate alignment, risk exposure, capital allocation, and investment optimization.
